Unit 5
Hi everyone I believe that both the Loving Kindness exercise and the subtle mind exercise are connected, both exercises drive you to calmness, peacefulness, and full of positive feelings. These exercises are like the mental work out exercises that help us maintain our psychological and spiritual balance, and as a result I am becoming more focused, and confident with everything that I do on the rest of the day.
