Unit 4
My experience during the Loving Kindness CD was relaxing and at the same time full of positives feelings. I enjoy these positives experiences in the morning before going for work. On the other hand, because I found this exercise so helpful and energetic I would definitely recommend it to others as well.
I believe that mental work out are the exercises that help us maintain our psychological and spiritual balance to be able to overcome stress, fears, diseases, and achieve wellness. On the other hand, some mental workouts that I implement to promote my psychological health are the daily prayers, meditation, physical exercises, and time puzzles.Eric Zurita
