Unit 8
I believe that the Loving Kindness exercise, subtle mind, meditation, and visualization exercise are connected; these exercises drive you to calmness, peacefulness, and full of positive feelings. These exercises are like the mental work out exercises that help us maintain our psychological and spiritual balance, and as a result I am becoming more focused, and confident with everything that I do on the rest of the day.

I agree that the Loving Kindness exercises are the best. They certainly made me feel good inside. I will keep them as a part of my morning routine. It is a great way to begin the day.
